RBE's new landmark event "Starting 5," is going down today (Feb. 27) in New York City and battlers as well as fans are preparing themselves for what should be an incredibly competitive night of battling. RBE is bringing back the format of judged battles for this event, which pits five members from Writers Bloque against five members from Team Homi. The card is highlighted by the main event between Danny Myers and Swave Sevah.

Most of the battlers involved have been quiet in the days leading up to the event, with the exception of Big Kannon, who has been talking trash and calling out Xcel.
